The Honey Badgers  are a box specific lacrosse club with experienced box lacrosse coaches. Training real box lacrosse skills and competing in the most competitive box tournaments.

The team brings together the BEST players from all over New England regardless of town or club program. The Honey Badger Schedule does not conflict with your field club program.

The teams are selection based (personal invite,  coaching referal, video or a tryout to be held prior to the season) and the goal is simple, train locally, compete regionally and be recognized nationally. 

 

Schedule: Winter 2025/2026 Season

The season runs from late November through February. All players will be given two tournament assignments, which are included in tuition there maybe a third tournament option for those that are looking for more tournament action. 

 

Tryout for the 2025/2026 Box Season

When: Wednesday, August 13th @ Forekicks Marlborough

Time: 

3rd/4th: 12:00-1:30pm

5th/6th: 1:30-3:00pm

7th/8th: 3:00-4:30pm

High School: 4:30-6:00pm

Mini Camp: Sunday November 30th

Time: 3/4 Grade: 12:00pn-2:00pm

5th/6th Grade: 2:00-4:30pm

7th/8th Grade: 4:30-700pm

High School: 7:00-9:00pm

 

3rd/4th Grade:

Dates (Sunday): 12/7, 12/14, 12/ 21

Time: 8:00-9:00am

Walk Through Dates: 1/11/26 - 8:00-9:00am  & 2/8/26 - 8:00-9:00am

 

5th/6th Grade:

Dates (Friday): 12/5, 12/12, 12/19

Time: 7:00-8:00pm

Walk Through Dates: 1/15/26 - 7:00-8:00pm & 2/12/26 - 7:00-8:00pm

 

7th/8th Grade:

Dates (Friday): 12/5, 12/12, 12/19

Time: 8:00-9:00pm

Walk Through Dates: 1/15/26 - 8:00-9:00pm & 2/12/26 - 8:00-9:00pm

 

High School:

Dates (Friday): 12/5, 12/12, 12/19

Time: 9:00-10:00pm

Walk Through Dates: 1/12/26 - 8:30-9:30pm & 2/9/26 - 8:30-9:30pm

 

Everyone will be guaranteed 2 tournaments, here is a list of the potential tournaments: 

• Fire Wolves Tournament, NY (Two Day Tournament, January 2026)
• The Connecticut Box Championship, CT (1/17/26 (Youth) & 1/18/26 (High School))
• The CT Indoor, CT (2/14/26 (Youth) and 2/15/26 (HS))
